The whole process requires 5 steps and a few minutes of your time.
  1. Go to www.signup.olanmills.com
  2. Click on the "Click Here" under Schedule New Appointment
  3. Enter in Contract Number or Church Phone Number and Family Information
  4. Click on a Date and time
  5. Click Submit

  2. Click on the "Click Here" under Change Current Appointment
  3. Enter emails and Password, or if you forgot your password, then click on the "Forgot Password" button
  4. Click on the "Change Appointment" button located to the left.

  2. Click on the "Click Here" under Change Family Information
  3. Enter emails and Password, or if you forgot your password, then click on the "Forgot Password" button
  4. Click on the change "Family Information" button located to the left.
  1. Go to www.signup.olanmills.com
  2. Click on the "Click Here" under Change Current Appointment
  3. Enter emails and Password, or if you forgot your password, then click on the "Forgot Password" button
  4. Click on the change "Delete Appointment" button located to the left.

  • If the server isn't that busy, then you should receive a confirmation e-mail in about 10 minutes
  • If the server is busy, then it shouldn't take more than 2 hours to receive a confirmation e-mail of your appointment.


  • Then Please Check the following:
    1. Cookies need to be enabled in your browser.
    2. Your browser must be a compatible new age (No older than 4 years) Mozilla/Netscape or Internet Explorer 5.5+
    3. Your browser must support a Secure Socket SSL connection, which is used by the banking industry to access private information through a browser
    In Internet Explorer make sure that "Check for newer versions of stored page:" is set to "Every visit to the page":

    2. Go to Internet Options.

This problem is based on the old dialup days, and doesn't check the server for new data, but looks on your local computer for cached pages.
